Jaime is extraordinary this time around, as the coffee is grown from the elegant varieties Pink Bourbon and Geisha!
The Colombian terroir leaves its fruity fingerprint in the cup which is gracefully enhanced by the cleanliness of the coffee.
Together with his parents, Jaime Casallas runs a farm in the mountainous coffee region, Huila. Coffee fields cover every inch of land from their house in the valley and up the mountainsides. In between, luscious shade trees appear. It is almost surreal looking over this lavish landscape of what feels like unending shades of green.
Next to Jaime subscribers will receive two bags of Enciso that is grown in the newer coffee region, Tolima!
The Enciso family has always been involved in coffee. Both the father, Wilson Rodriguez and his wife Edith Enciso grew up in traditional Colombian coffee-growing families. Later, they got their own land, and with their son, Wilson Eduardo, they started producing their own coffee.
