The remote programmer for the motion sensors is the same for all the NextGen 3 Lights as well as a few other series lights from RuggedGrade. You only need a single remote to program as many lights as you want, but due to range limitations of the IR remote, you can typically only program one at a time unless the lights are installed next to each other. We recommend having a spare for big projects or keeping a remote at each location if installing at different locations. We have different type of mount options for those lights for mounting to all different surfaces. If you need help figuring out the right mount or light, give us a call at 800-674-9420.

The sensors have adjustable sensitivity settings that can help if they are picking up unwanted motion from small animals. If you have large animals triggering the sensors, there's not much you can do no matter what type of motion sensor is being used.

What do you think about the problem with the wildlife triggering the sensor?
