It happens when a country is drained by a parasitic country for 200 years. Post colonialisation India came down to 4 percent of world's gdp from 25 percent .. Yet Indian railways work efficiently delivering goods and people all over the country with affordable pricing of tickets. So .. yes while it may appear disorganised, each staff here is trained and knows what to do. Else the system would have failed long back. There will be some folks here who are by standers and not actual employees
Appreciate ur concern but all safety precautions have been taken railways always keeps safety first policy so rest assured everything is happening under expert supervision

thanks for ur comment...actually we did this wheel change using a JCB which is not made for such applications in an hour's time and the whole unit of 5 BLC containers was again added to the same train and the train was worked upto destination without detention ...

Orange vests are worn by Track men who have nothing to do with axle change. These people are C & W dept staff and don't wear Orange vests.
