Finally someone on yt fitness who does big compound lifts in their workouts rather than all machines everything. Using machines is not wrong but i just feel everyone should have big compound lifts which challenge the core as well as stabilisers and everything. It makes you feel super ALPHA too ngl.
What was your exercise routine when you started? I assume it was very different. I mean, you have now a decent amount of muscle, would you take the same approach if you didn’t have that amount of muscle yet? Thanks!
