    Finally someone on yt fitness who does big compound lifts in their workouts rather than all machines everything. Using machines is not wrong but i just feel everyone should have big compound lifts which challenge the core as well as stabilisers and everything. It makes you feel super ALPHA too ngl.

    What was your exercise routine when you started? I assume it was very different. I mean, you have now a decent amount of muscle, would you take the same approach if you didn’t have that amount of muscle yet? Thanks!

    i thouhgt the way hes benchpressing is prone to shoulder injury no matter the warm ups since you should be pushing bar back not straight path

    Complete bullshit, sticking bunch of supplements when in reality all you need is good wholesome food & solid weightlifting to tear & stimulate growth. This dude is juiced up on roids; deceptive advertising
