    Chullu kebab is originated from Iran. This is very simple to make yet delicious. This is traditionally serve with steamed Saffron rice , butter on top and grilled tomatoes on side. Today I am recreating the Recipe, serve in Restaurant in karachi ‘ Chullu Kebab Subhani ‘ now called “ Chullu Kebab Sistani “. They add the fries in serving too. .

    Chullu kebab Ingredients;
    Mince: 1 kg (lamb or beef)
    Onion: 1 medium ( grated)
    Egg: 1 whole
    Turmeric: 1 tsp
    Salt: 1 tbsp
    Crushed chillies: 1 tsp
    Black pepper: 1 tsp
    .
    Rice: 2 cup (boiled)
    .
    Saffron: 1/4 tsp
    Water: 1/4 cup

    NOTE::::
    I use griddle pan on gas stove to make kebabs, you can use tawa, skillet , or can bbq or bake in oven.
    Bake in oven for 20/25 minutes & bake in oven
    & in the end spray with oil before grilling, for 5 minutes to give good colour on top.
