- After an agonizingly long wait and months of work, I am happy to announce the release date of the "Fairies vs. Witches" mod!
Discover the formerly elusive residents of Sylvan Glade... Fairies with magical connections to various aspects of the natural world, powers with many possibilities, and most importantly, wings! If you're interested, they may even welcome outsiders who are deemed worthy. You'll have to speak with one of the higher level Sylvians, of course, and perhaps schmooze a forest spirit or two, but they may accept someone who is willing to guard the land from threats...
There are other powerful forces at work outside Sylvan Glade... Witches who seek to take over the hidden meadow and practice a dark form of magic that has long been banned across the realm! Ostracized from the magical community, witches wish to use their powers to reclaim respect and make their ancestors proud. Unless one were to make peace instead of war...

I love to make spell mods of my own, but I like the spells of other modders too, and you're one of the very best! Spells from other modders makes it seem like a new flavors of magic in a magical world, and magic that must be learned in different ways, and available to different types of Sims. The more magic in my game, the betterz.

Crazy!!! Love it!!! Could be nice also in the relationships panel and genealogy tree that the image of the fairies and witches are surrounded by color as in Sims 2 or 3 for the occults so we identify them more easily.

I absolutely LOVE this mod and how in-depth it is!! I love how many different types of wings I have to choose from as well! unfortunately, since the cottage living update, all the fairies have boxes on their wings!! :(( I made sure my settings weren't in laptop mode, and the mod and game are both up to date as of 7/26, but I still have this issue! :( Some help would be absolutely wonderful and very much appreciated!
Looks amazing!!! Thank you so much for this! Question: can we disable or just ignore or not use the dark witches aspect of the pack? I prefer fairies and mermaids, and the spellcasters are fine for my more light-hearted tastes.

Hi, I'm still playing Sims 4 discovering the packs one by one, it takes so much time, I want to play fairies vs witches as soon as I finished playing with Realm of Magic, I'm still at GTW and Seasons and trying to play with the retail system. I hope the fairies have just good powers, that they are good creatures and the witches are bad and that fairies are more powerful than witches.
The weaknesses of fairies are iron (NOT poison, as many believes), and fairies are stronger than witches. Getting Winx Club vibes (Season 1 & 2)

If there is hybrid support, it'd be awesome, especially since it seems like Fairies are coming in the next expansion. This could serve as an expanded Fairies mod.

@@jerrywinefield2217 On Twitter the gurus have blatantly hinted Fairies, and even used wording to indicate it. It was thought Cottage Living would have Fairies. But it now seems more plausible to be a game pack this October. But Cottage Living even has a lot of hints about Fairies

I love the concept of this mod but keep running into issues :( I've been trying to be a fairy and spent a lot of time searching for sprite but nothing comes up. Does it just takes a lot of trials to find the sprite? Help please :((

Hello, I chexked the patreon page and I saw that in order to download it we have to pay 3$ per month If I understood correctly. Can I buy the mod and pay only one time or it is a monthly subscription? Sorry, it is that I' ve never done it befor so I don't know how it goes.

Love the mod, but having trouble with the Witches, I was able to capture a sprite but there is no prompt to give to ancestral witch... please help!
The option should be there if you select the Ancestral Witch with a sprite in your inventory and look under the “Witch” pie menu. There should be an interaction called “Trade Sprite for Witch Powers”. You might have to dismiss and resummon her first.
@@SpinningPlumbobs Thanks for the reply, but the trade sprite for Witch Powers interaction is not showing up for me. I have compliment non-corporeal form and send back to netherworld only. The sim must be a spellcaster in order to become a witch, correct?
@@SpinningPlumbobs Resolved, found out the issue was because my sim was already a spellcaster that I was not receiving the interaction. Thanks again for a wonderful mod!

It’s already public! It’s on my patreon, but I never do early release or anything. The patreon is basically only for people to donate to if they’d like to support me, but it’s completely optional. :)
