In the video you will find as always hints of the used packs and tool mod values. The complete build is No CC and contains No CC paintings. This Sims 4 build is a modern renovated barn with a few specials. These specials include the following rooms/areas:
- An indoor pool
- A wellness room
- An outdoor pool with seating areas
- A seating area next to the pond with a direct view of a small waterfall
- An open gallery with a cozy reading corner
- Lots of nature around the house

There is a new way to download tray files of my houses. My previous website is offline and will probably stay offline (due to irreparable technical problems). Please use the new link to download tray files! You will find the houses there under the category "Tray Files" if you scroll down.
I use the Tool Mod from Twisted Mexi for my Sims 4 builds! You will find hints in the video, in addition, the video says which Tool Mod values I have used. Unfortunately, this mod can only be used on the PC. BUT to download my houses, you must NOT have installed the mod. All objects are downloaded in the same position as you can see in the video. This means that Pc AND console players can use my houses. You only need the same packs of game that I used.
In case console players also want to use rotated objects: I'll provide you with new rooms in The Sims 4 gallery from time to time, where you can find rotated and resized objects. With the help of these rooms console players have more possibilities in The Sims 4 build mode!

Hello everyone, I have built a modern barn for you. I started building this build last year in summer, because it was supposed to be the first build that I build for the Cottage Living Pack. But then I spontaneously discarded it and built something else. For this reason I show it today :D

Important! The front door of the house is open and can NOT be closed! Download the house only if it is okay for you or replace the door with another one. But this design fit perfectly to the style of the build, so I didn't want to delete the door. Please remember that I build completely No CC and depend on building such designs to make it look good. I could also use CC, but then a lot of people wouldn't be able to use my houses :D For this reason I think it's ok that I built this door ♥

Hey there! I wanted to say wow, this house is amazing and I definitely would like to place it into my game but I must ask, I do have the TOOL mod installed, will this lot go in the game for me properly or would I need to first uninstall the mod and place the house, save and reinstall the mod?

I LOVE the floor plan of this, the staircase design with the diagonal platform on the second floor- it made it look like it was multiple landings, multiple levels

Not only is it one of the most incredible builds i've even seen, but just the time and effort you would've put to do the stop motion speed build and the explanation for each pack and mod is so so crazy. Wow !!! The house is stunning ! I am blown away by your creativity and how ressourceful you arête . Is it completley playble ? I mean can the sims get on the bed with the wooden planks ? To be honest ; it's so beautiful it doesn't matter if it's playable ... but I was jsut wondering. Amazing work ! And cool video too
Thank you ❤️ When I tested the house before uploading, it worked perfectly that the Sims could sleep in the bed. But this is not a guarantee! It can still happen that suddenly something no longer works, although it worked before 🙈

i'm curious about how you make the stop motion videos, like.. do you have to take screenshots of every change you make in the house? also do you know how many hours do you spend making the stop motion?
It takes me about 3-4 days to make a stop motion video. If it's big builds, it takes longer. When I make a video, I always finish building the entire house first. Then I delete each object individually. Once I've done that, I undo it and take a screenshot of each undo step. These screenshots I cut together as a video 😊
