- I'm back with a new stop motion speedbuild + tips & tricks video! In this The Sims 4 video I show you how I built the Build "Copperdale House". Like all my houses this one is completely No CC!
This The Sims 4 House contains the following rooms and areas:
- 1 kitchen (open concept)
- 1 living room with a fireplace
- 1 separate dining room with a functional sitting area and a fireplace
- 4 bathrooms
- 2 bedrooms for teenagers
- 1 master bedroom with a fireplace, a walk-in closet & an office

There is a new way to download tray files of my houses. My previous website is offline and will probably stay offline (due to irreparable technical problems). Please use the new link to download tray files! You will find the houses there under the category "Tray Files" if you scroll down.
I use the Tool Mod from Twisted Mexi for my Sims 4 builds! You will find hints in the video, in addition, the video says which Tool Mod values I have used. Unfortunately, this mod can only be used on the PC. BUT to download my houses, you must NOT have installed the mod. All objects are downloaded in the same position as you can see in the video. This means that Pc AND console players can use my houses. You only need the same packs of game that I used.
In case console players also want to use rotated objects: I'll provide you with new rooms in The Sims 4 gallery from time to time, where you can find rotated and resized objects. With the help of these rooms console players have more possibilities in The Sims 4 build mode!

THIS IS AMAZING!!! Finally a boho build that’s not a one bedroom!! Seriously though this is hands down the most beautiful home I have ever seen. A lot of people on social media hand out compliments left and right but no this really is the best house I’ve ever seen on the sims and real life. I look at multimillion dollar homes daily for many years now and this is just wow. I can’t stop watching it because I can’t play because it’s in the middle of the night and my hubby is asleep and I left my PlayStation in the bedroom. This is truly honestly spectacular though. I am so obsessed thank you for building this and sharing your builds and also sharing stuff so other people can build easier as well. You deserve the best in everything.

Et mention spécial pou les bougeoirs x) :) C'est vraiment dommage que le jeu ne mettent pas déjà toutes ces fonctionnalités de bases, on perdrait moins de temps et on pourrait encore plus s'amuser, même si on ne pourrait pas interagir avec tout ou correctement.

Being so creative as you are, there are specific programs to design houses and furniture. Sketchup for example that give you practically unlimited possibilities to design and assemble objects. But I guess you already know that and stick to sims because of the community and you obviously love the game. Anyway, you are great!

Amazing content! I'm new on TS4 but I have some experience with 3D Softwares and your builds are on par with the professional archviz stuff out there, simply amazing. I just have one question, does rotating the objects cause any down side to the gameplay itself? I mean, would a Sim have any trouble living in this house?
Thank you so much, so happy you like it 🤗 I always try to rotate/place the objects so that the sims can use them. Some objects even become functional/passable through the rotation because the green area also shifts. I don't know how to explain it better. Sorry, my English is not good 🙈
