Thanks for the video. Cluster matches the 04 Harley Davidson Edition. The cluster was intermittently not working last summer. Now it's doing it again as of 2 days ago. I noticed the cluster started working when I was trying to remove the cables from the back this AM when I pulled the cluster. Going to try to locate a bad solder on the cables, etc. If not it may be going our for repairs. I have heard that the alternator also does not work if the cluster is out

thanks for sharing your knowledge. as for an opposite problem how about radio etc.. staying on and draining the battery. unplug the cluster and radio goes out and no battery drain.

Thanks for the video, very informative! Could you by chance tell me what size those illumination light bulbs are? Looking to swap mine out with LEDs, but the 194s I bought are too big and don't fit. Thanks again!

Where can I find the wiring diagram for 2007 ford edge... instrument cluster is power and ground....and power up

What if you drag down and then back? I know that’s not typical, but I wonder if it would redistribute the solder and prevent the excess pooling at the end

wherever you stop it tends to bridge....but you did make me think what if i continue past the end...??? I'll have to try that!

Is that flux you put down first?
