The Accord project is coming along nicely!
Thanks 👍!
You’re the best!! I learned how to do most of the work on my Honda from you. Keep doing your thing!! You’re helping people save a lot of money!!
Thank you, I appreciate the comment!
The bottle pump at @2:04 is a great idea...now to throw out the turkey baster and find a shampoo bottle thats about used up
Another great video! It's so good to see this accord getting new life.
Also, although I did this job several times on my civic and mdx, I like seeing how professionals do it.
Thank you for the comment!
Very nice well fully equipped prepared presentations of how power steering works all parts and techniques as a good job as mechanics, thanks bro…
thanks big dog big thumbs up from TJ BC MX
Great video! Thumbs up 👍
Very helpful video. Thanks! Just an update about the “thump or thud” on start up cold with a 1998 Accord V6 automatic. After years of this it was diagnosed as a failed front engine/transmission mount (the one closest to the radiator). I had a Honda OEM part to replace it. The annoying thump was gone and it was well worth the price of repair at Honda. I recalled afterwards that back in 2017-2018 when the transmission was rebuilt that same mount was replaced with an aftermarket one and didn’t last long I assume. I’m going to let the service advisor know as he recommended the OEM part as it was still available. Thanks.
Thanks. For the information.
Dave missed this one. Thanks for sharing 👍🇺🇸

I have a question regarding the ABS brake and slip lights turned on on my car and don’t know what to do or what it means? Can you help please?
Quick question
Can having a bad wheel bearing also cause brake pads wear faster?
Can i have the part number for the pump or for the repair kit of the pump
How much fluid did you use in total?
Happy 4th of July 🚀
Thanks, same to you!
What color is original honda power steering fluid?
Very light goldish color.
When I first got my civic, I was looking around for the power steering reservoir to check the fluid level.
Couldn't find it and asked -
"It is electric power steering"..
🤦🏻♂️
lol
My accord lots of brake cleaner
I really dislike those clamps. I would rather use the other type that you can remove with a flat head screwdriver or socket wrench:
I used to not like the spring clamps, but now I think they do a better job of holding the clamping force after multiple heating and cooling cycles (I think this is why manufactures prefer them). The worm style clamps seem to need to be retightened fairly often, I still use them but not as much nowadays. Thanks for the input!
@@BigDog50001 thanks
@@BigDog50001 I guess not having the proper tools to remove those clamps would have something to do with disliking them.
