Easyfile is great if you just need to get a sharp point again. If however you have gone through some rotten wood in the middle of a trunk and the chain has gone totally blunt then a normal file is best to get it back. Thank you for your videos 😁

I use one too for my 572 XP but be careful as they tend to take the raker down too much, which makes the chain grabby

I bought the pferd ones. They make them for stihl and are cheaper

Do find its o.k, but i tend to think its takes to much off the rakers and can find your chain to being to keen so i would take the flat file out and use every other time. But still couldnt get the consistant and smooth cutting sharpen of my standard round file with gauge and seperate flat file technique

Very handy for a quick edge on a job,but not as good as doing it with a round and a flat.
I've had mine for about 6 years now.

    I love my easifiles..
Although i can do it the trad method, this is so much quicker as can do both tooth and rakers in one....

We had a tree surgeon at ours, he showed me his 2in1 files and I went and got myself a set (2 chainsaws) bloody great! Highly recommend these.
I previously either paid 7€ to have them sharpened on a grinder, which always took far more material than needed, and it didn’t do anything to the rake. Then bought an electric grinder - what a faff 🤦🏻‍♂️
    Stihl 2in1 would give a 10/10
At 50-60€ each they are a bit pricey, but well worth it!
