Skincare in your 30s will be very different from what you have been following in your 20s. With age, we develop fine lines, wrinkles, dullness, pigmentation, and sagging due to collagen loss, volume loss, reduction in cell turnover rate, and bony loss. Your home remedies might not work that efficiently in your 30s as compared to your 20s. So, what will work?
Skincare is always important but in the last few years, I've gotten serious about my skincare routine! Getting into my late 30's, this is my current morning skincare.

Thank you Teni. I'm turning 30 in a few months and I feel slightly overwhelmed. Other than my career, I feel like I'm somewhat "getting older" or "behind", only because of comments projected by society. I feel like its taking time to be my old self again and heal from trauma, be consistent in losing all the weight I put on from a binge eating disorder, as well as trying to get back into taking care of my health and skin. At the same time, I'm grateful to be privileged enough to be able to age, as well as for everything else that God has given me. Your videos provide a sense of warmth, comfort and authenticity ❤

Teni you have perfect skin and that’s why I wanted to try your band and I don’t know why I waited this long! I just purchased The Seven and your Vit C balm. I’m excited to give it a go! I can’t handle HA, niacinamide or fragrance on my extremely sensitive skin. That’s incredibly limiting needless to say! I literally couldn’t find an alternative once Avene discontinued their TriXera line. I’m hopeful to try your products! Thank you!

Thank you for sharing all this info. With the sunscreen I always hear we should do two fingers worth of sunscreen...is that necessary? What should be the proper for a tinted sunscreen?

Have you tried the newish Eucerin sensitive tinted spf 35? It has a medium olive tint! 24% zinc too so prob has good UVA protection.
I just know that Monday Born is fantastic! Like you said, you wouldn’t put your reputation on the line for a sub par product 😁 I’ve avoided buying because my skin can be quite sensitive but I am so tempted after watching this. I love the look of your coffee toned lip tint too! I have the Makeup by Mario Moisture Glow in Rosewood Glow and I wanted to get a more brown tinted one, but after seeing your Meridiem I’m thinking maybe that’s what I need to go for 😍 I love your content!
