    Thank you Kelly. It was a great tutorial. One of the best things I like about your videos is that your not rushing through them and you talk out loud with your thoughts about what your doing . That's what makes you stand out from the others and thank you for that.

    Thank you Kelly for your super beginner tutorials. As a complete novice @ wire wrapping you move @ a good pace & i can easily see what you are doing. Great that you explain everything too, as it is an easy mistake to buy the wrong tools & wires!
    Fortunately, as i craft polymer clay & resin jewellery i have some wires & tools i can practice with before investing in the more expensive stuff!..Looking forward now to following your other tutorials..Very best wishes, & thank you..xx

    I always love your tutorials!! I actually do make earwires. I do 2 at a time. What I do though is bend the wire. At the bend I make the loop slightly bigger than I want and continue the second bend and then the little bend out at the point that goes in the ear. I then snip the end at the loop and whalah two earwires. They dont move. You dont have to fidget with them at all. I hope this helps! You help so many people. I'm glad to share some little bit of knowledge with you as well! God bless you Kelly!!🥰🥰🥰

    Hi Kelly thank you for making this tutorial, I'm not a total beginner with making wire jewelry, but I have no experience at wire weaving and making cabachon settings out of wire, when ever I have tried to make a wire cabachon setting I have failed it has not worked, I felt frustrated, because it's down to lack of experience, I have tried using 18 gauge, number 1 wire, for the frame, what is the best general working wire for a secure strong frame to make a cabachon frame? and what number wires did you use in this video? Great video by the way, and thank you so much for showing us beginners who dont have experience with wire weaving, how to do these 4 weaves, I will certainty have a go at doing them. Loved your wire jewelry videos, have you written any books? I could look for? Just curious. Thanks Laura in liverpool uk

    • @KellyJonesJewellery
      @KellyJonesJewellery  Před 4 lety

      Thanks so much ❤️ I did a tutorial on working with a frame, you’ll find it in my list. I use very thick wire for a frame, 14g (1.5mm) but for stone setting and everything else I generally use 20g (0.8mm) . I failed many many times when I first picked it up, I think you just have to be patient and take it very slowly, keep at it, it will all make sense soon ❤️ hope this helps 🌹
