This song was written for virtual singer, not for human singer. The song writer did not leave any gap for the second half of the song, because virtual singer does not need to breathe.
This song basically a story of a knight saving a princess from villain (dragon i think). The video game soundclip is there to add to the "adventure".

Yes! Also, all the characters' (long and convoluted) names are kind of a joke, possibly a joke on character names in games, or maybe player ID's, I'm not sure. So the hero's full name is Dalabengba Bandebeidi Buduobiluweng (yes, the whole lot). The dragon's name is Kuntukute Katikaote Suwoxilasong (I had to replay that part while typing cuz I can only remember the hero's name...).
The first time after the dragon says his name, Dalabengba mishears it and goes, oh, is it "Kunte brand cello, baked egg tarts, soda, marathon?" (hence the facial expression and running gesture when Zhou Shen sings that line).
The last bit of the song is a happy ending, where Dalabenga marries the princess (I am not going to try her name😅) and they have a son----and the last few lines of the song go, "to avoid future troubles, let's just call the child Wang Haoran. His full name is really hard to say, so YOU can say it if you want."
And the princess and knight get married and has a child

This song is based on a game, hence the "metal sound" is the sound effect of how the player collected "gold coins" for completing a quest. He is saying he collected 12 gold coins in the song.

If you like his performances, you will be very busy because he has a lot of wonderful and surprising performances for you to discover. He is a very talented and humble and polite guy. He has studied aboard outside of China in classical music when he was younger. He can speak at least 6 languages. His goal is to combine classical and pop music together to introduce to those people who didn't know what classical music is. A lot of people are reacting and talking about him around the world nowadays because of his talent and his knowledge of music. His vocal range is very wide. Believe me, if you react to more of his performances, your subscribers will go up even more than now very quickly in a short time.

You found my three favourite young singers now: Dimash, Zhou Shen and Hua Chenyu. By far like HuaHua the most but these three are very unique and you have discovered them all, hope to see more.
(A bit unrelated but heard rumours that HuaHua might join The Coming One 4 or The Voice of China. He has been in the previous 3 season of the coming one and the only mentor who was invited to return each season so he might be this as well, besides the producer of most of these shows is all done by one person: Long DanNi. And she likes HuaHua a lot, she already recognised him as a genius when he debuted on a show which was also run by her behind the scenes: Superboy 2013. Long DanNi is very intelligent and knows almost everything you need to know about the entertainment market, I really respect her although she doesn’t show herself much on tv except one season The Coming One 3mwhere she was a mentor.
In the video Martin asked: How many times Dimash appeared in Singer platform. The answer is he participated in SInger 2017 and on stage for 12 episodes. He emerged as overall Runner Up of SInger 2017. In Singer 2019, he was invited to sing with Super Vocal Boys to sing the Queen's medley.
Zhou Shen took part in Singer 2020. He appeared in 12 episodes (i.e., from the beginning till the FINAL). Touted as a potential Champion challenger, but he was eliminated in the first round of the championship (in the FINAL).
He became more famous after the event and appeared in many variety shows and released songs since then.
Although their vocal range might be similar, many people like to compare Zhou Shen but their vocal quality are very different. i think the best things are just to enjoy the music they deliver and there is no need to compare them.

I first discovered him when he participated in the voice china many years ago n i remember na ying told him not to feel shy with his voice resembling a female voice as that was his unique quality. Thanks for reacting. The dragon's voice is your fav voice out of the 5. Each season of" the singer" have 11 or 12 episodes, and Zhou shen have 11 performances in the singer 2020. He performed in many other shows too. The singer is a professional singer competition, everyone are famous already and sometimes the competitors come back from another season to complete. The singer is a show for best of the best singers only.

Charlie, HuaHya and Dimash -- my three favorite Asian singers! You might also want to listen to Super Vocal Boys who sang in Singer 2019 (they came in third.) They are four bel canto singers (with a fifth that fills in). Well worth the listen... Really! Thanx.
Such a fun performance, the song is basically filler gibberish that was meant to be sung by chinese vocaloids (i think?) so it's fun when humans sing it, especially with all the stuff he does with his voice! Very not karaoke friendly lmao.

I love how Zhou Shen's bring so much fun to the stage while showing his versatility. When everyone were choosing songs carefully to pull of a powerful performance, he just choose a fun "meme" song and perform it his way. The song Dalabengba is considered not "artistic" for its repetitive melody. It is usually not my type of music but Zhoushen just added so much variation take this "repetitive" song to the next level... Besides Dalabengba, I also love his 618 Tmall stage where he was playing around with another meme song "Song of laughter" yet blown me way with beautiful staccatos. Baby До свидания is one of my favourite performances by him----On the other hand, I had known the original version of Dalabengba since a few years ago (it wasn't sung by a human being; the songwriter posted it online, with this vocaloid, like a digital/virtual singer thing singing, and it went viral--but viral in a limited social/internet circle I guess :)
And I was absolutely blown away when Zhou Shen sang it. My parents were watching with me, and every single second of this I was laughing out loud like I'd lost my mind, as in, like I suddenly had a brain injury or something😂 I was literally going "HAHA HAHAHA HAHA" from start to finish...because I was just too shocked 😂 It's funny, I don't think I was that surprised when I first heard Zhou Shen's unusual voice, but I was astonished that this guy would have anything to do with this internet meme of a song...
We didn't know Shenshen before this show, and based on all of his previous performances on this stage I simply, and absolutely, did not expect him to do a song like this, not to mention in this crazy, complicated, extra inventive (like you said) way. I thought he only sang slow and sweet or sad songs...So that's how I first became intrigued by this person :)
And having Chinese as my first language means I got to watch all his interviews etc, as well as being able to search up and hear some old recordings from way back before he was ever known to the public. I can tell you Zhou Shen is not just a great singer and artist----he is one gem of a human being. Amazing character, unusual story and really, really down to earth. And a super funny guy as well. SUPER FUNNY. This guy is crazy...in a wonderful way...

I'd say he has the same range as Dimash, but not the power or multiple voices of Dimash. But still able to go very deep and up to a high soprano from one note to the next,, he's very popular in China and deservedly so, with that voice of his.. Excellent singer.

Zhou Shen and Hua Chenyu both of them have 11 songs in this season I guess. Hua Chenyu has also about 10 songs in Singer 2018. My absolute favorite song from Zhou Shen in 2020 beneath Dalabengba, is the song Ring the doorbell and listen to myself. Oh and if you have time you should check out the original Dalabengba, this makes Zhou Shen s performance even more impressive. ☺️

Could u please react to huang cheng du by Zhou Shen as well. It's an extremely beautiful song about an antagonist in drama the untamed, Xue yang. He's an extremely evil character ,he didn't used any scheme to killed people if he want to kill openly kill and turn them in to walking corpse aka zombie, his slaves. Actually I didn't hate him at all even held some pity for him. He's in fact a poor soul and the kind of since heaven unfair for him ,then let perish together for example an old bastard bully him when he was A child ,cut off his finger and in return he kill their whole family. Another thing that make my heart broke is that he seem to not know what he has done, he might not even know why he kill people or what kind of creature he had killed ,since he gain nothing but bad reputation , isn't it pitiful when u don't even know why u are alive? His only joy seem to come from messing up with those people from righteous clan who claim to be noble than other. Another thing that make me forgive him is he actually know his wrong.
