as a big fan of SC i'm glad i found your channel to watch some cool matches. some other channels i don't like the format but your narration fits well and is applicable because we all want to be in the action and you're taking us through that in real time. thanks for the content man.
Hero's all in attack at 17:37 was very ill advised. He probably should have picked a better spot to hit.
Weren't too many places to hit with Hydra ling at that point without the dropping researched. He could have gone Right side of the map, but then you would have had all the reinforcements from the middle come on in and again, wipe out the attack.
herO was at a disadvantage at that point I feel, damned if you do, damned if you don't. I think the best thing he could do at that point is to lower the tank count and prepare for his next course of action. This is basically what he did.
After watching again, if moving forward with the attack, best action seems to have been hit, and once the first line of tanks were delt with, pull back and deal with the goliths and vultures that follow and save the units you have. Instead he lost those last units for no gain mostly. These longer battles that go to resource depletion are battles where it REALLY matters to save units where you can, and many zerg use units left and right for not much gain. I get that Zerg is meant to swarm, but having higher micro to be efficient, and choose smart trades with Terran is where this battle could have been eeked out against Flash.
Lastly, I may be a keyboard warrior here, but it would be nice to see the Zerg limit the spider mines using Mutas and overlords and prepare the troop placement beforehand. At around 20:52 he does a drop in main and a right side attack, but the right side attackers are nowhere near prepared beforehand. Getting the spidermines off the the right before advancing could have made a huge difference in those attacks, and having the units prepared on the FAR right (not advancing over the bridge into supply depots) may have made that attack more successful.

That's how insane Flash's micro is: at 18:05 he pulls back goliaths from zerglings so siege tanks do not deal friendly fire. Flashing move!

Irradiate siege kills ultras attacking it. Also tank is mech hence takes no dmg from it. That was not a mistake.

Dropping infested terrans on Flash's strongholds would have been so sexy. Broodling a few tanks, run in with lurks positioned to keep scv's from fleeing, send cracklings in to rape, steal the command center and start pumping out infested terrans.
Bonus points for dropping on scvs.
Heck flash really used them bunkers to his advantage, along with missile turrets and spider mines. That the beautiful thing about terrain they got those resources to use.

TBH Flash is the master of mech and spider mine placement.. By the time you get to him most your units are at half HP and then you have to deal with his sim city and then the tanks kill ya and eventually you just have to tip ya cap and move on... He has been doing it for years and years and years lol. AND YES lots of ppl play his style for terran but if you watch HE ALWAYS rebuilds the vultures and is relaying his fields and not a lot of ppl have the APM much less skill to keep the fields constantly refreshed with new mines.
That was one of the best zvt I've seen in awhile. The drops were great. But Flashs ability to split his army into just the right amount in different places is what makes him so special. So many times the big terran army chases from one skirmish to another and a good zerg just takes advantage of the mobility to attack somewhere else right away and punish. Not Flash! Love it. Thanks for the cast.
And yes, I think adrenal would have helped a ton for Hero.

@@FalconPaladin hey man good to know, Its amazing how much stays with us even though were not really practicing. I'm sorry if you've had a bad experience or anything like that, I find most churches don't practice spiritual discipline very well or preach the bible like they should. A lot of materialists on youtube have gotten a lot out of Jordan Peterson, he seems to be a non threatening means for a lot of people to think about meaning, for a lot of people, by the looks of the ferverency of his following, for the first time. Hes really given me an appreciation for the values of sacrifice and honesty in the west. Living most of my life in china and indonesia I know first hand we've been blessed here in the States more than we ever know. I hope we can be those that continue these values, recognizing the unique source of them and not be those that let those values not be passed down to subsequent generations because we don't subscribe to that which are responsible for helping us do so.

I've got a feeling this is not Flash, but Fake Flash. Maybe he's just a bit out of shape because of the random games, but it did not seem Flash-esk to me.
sadly I feel this way about a lot of progamers that Falcon Paladin posts replays of.. they are clearly not the progamers as advertised :(

Hero should've used scourge even more. Also, it might have made a difference if his last attack was instead directed at defending that left base of his.
Very impressive play from the Zerg, should have stuck with mutas though.
1 or 2 valks would take care of that muta prob on top of building a lot of turrets.

I think Hero forgot to upgrade adrenal. He used many lings, and he suffered a lot because he was using crappy slow lings.

25:10 U are crazy, but no they do not have adrenal :D. I am honestly not sure why he switched to hydra tho I thought he was doing so well with muta, a muta/ling/ defiler Is not something I would normally suggest, but it seemed to give flash quite a bit of trouble handling the muta flock and heavily supressed the tank count. The switch would have been very powerful if he stuck with it.
I often see Science vessels against mutalist more compared to Valkyries, is there an advantage to Science vessels other than more broader uses?
Irradiate against zerg is insane. You can one-shot defilers and lurkers, mess up muta flocks, and really injure ultras. Tons of utility.

Watching Flash play is never boring. Flash knows what to do in almost every situation. He knows Terran better than a Terran does.

No, Protoss can’t stop it either. That’s why siege tanks are over powered.
@@scottfuscomusic queens suck by goliath and vessels, need energy to shot tanks. Swarm + any unit (lings, hydro, lurker, ultras) is basically killed by splash. Any flying unit is useless cause of goliaths. I don't know how to counter it. Either you murder it somehow in begging or i don't know.

Guardians are very strong against Terran mech but they’re costly, slow and need protection.
@@davi9819 i watched every video in this channel. only queens +hydra can kill mass tank+vulture,because tank must be seiged against hydra charge.queen take out tank and hydra protect queen from vessels or goliath. And zerg usually has the advantage of expansion.that means zerg always has more base against protoss or terran.Zerg units are weak but once u control more bases than opponent, u can still beat them with bigger cost.

Ugh, terran is broken. This tanks/goliath combo is very effective w.r.t. price/effect ratio.
Does anyone else find flash's playstyle really annoying/boring?
He just seems to dominate everyone & just slowly grinds his way to a win.
Never seems to make smart/weird plays like Bisu or Jaedong he just macros like a god.
