It'd be cool if they gave her custom items like Viktor. That way she gets some boot benefjts(like magic pen, extra speed, tenacity or reduced damage) but has to work for it similar to buying gold. Maybe based off of units killed while poisoned or something
Her old stacking passive was good. They took it away because they said the jump in ap was too much but then reworked Kayle with her power boost passive. What gives 🤷♂️
Only thing I don't like about it is that it's a flat number. Give it a very very very small AP scaling and it would be absolutely perfect. Have to be careful with that ratio, though. Too big of one and it would be bonkers OP.
Imagine a cassio as rework: aa venom spit or bite, q bite (inflict necrosis damage over time) or venom spit (depends on how she AAs, again damage over time), w tail whip to point and click stun, e constrict (coils around target making both you and it unable to move for a couple seconds but you can use autos and abilities, your target can't) and ult would be shed, looke your old skin removing all cc and dots on you, grow 1% in size up to a cap and gain like 50hp and 1 armor and MR and 1 movespeed permanently and some temporary boost. 😂 Would be a sick scaling concept.

Mike, does manamune still work with cassio E ? It used to be awesome mixed damage, adding some physical damage on top of all that magic damage making tanks unable to properly itemize against you.
I feel like ever since they lowered tower plate gold, yeah sure, you lose 3 minions of exp, but it is NOT worth it to overstay. Even if you get two plates, that is 240g. Not even a kill worth. It is just not worth overstaying.

The no boots passive is the most boring and lame passive in the game. Bot just uniteractive, but actually removes features like wtf. Fav character tho
