Yoooo don!! Thanks for supporting broski much love 🤞🏾and I would say the easier way to run a faster 400 is to increase your foot speed.. since youre so young im kinda unsure about your weight room base. So honestly you gotta train hard during 400 meter workouts and you’ll see progress for sureee
