For tens of thousands of years, our ancestors have celebrated this season.
It’s a time of comfort, a time for taking stock in the many blessings granted to us: our loved ones, our health, our opportunities.
Despite our challenges, we’ve all been blessed with many gifts.
Do not be distracted by want and desire.
Do not lose sight of all you’ve been given.
Tonight, in the warmth of our beds, with bellies full, and light hearts, we rejoice in the abundance in our lives. We take great comfort in the fruits of our labor. We celebrate this moment with deeply deserved rest.

I have been falling asleep to these for weeks now. I like to go through the comments just before I do, and here I see a lot of love from one person to another. I have so much respect to these people. And even often times things may seem hard, emotions are temporary and growth takes time. I hope everyone can find their inner peace with what ever you might be going through.
I for one, fall asleep to these videos because once I click on the video, I no longer aimlessly scroll through shorts and other distractions. It helps me focus and doze off. I also have VERY vivid dreams with this playing through my sleep, and I absolutely love that. Thank you for all you do, and wishing everyone a happy new year. What are you using to sit your bowls on?? And where can I get some! I’ve been using a yoga mat and it’s not working very well.
The Singing bowls are ideal and have formed a sound that resonates to relax me greatly. But the initial voice commentary "spoils the sound effect upon the receiver / recipient" - Otherwise you have created the right cord and harmony?
