This class offers exercise to improve gait mechanics and reduce fall risk. Strong & Steady builds on the previous class ‘Move to Improve’. These standing exercises will include strength training to improve posture along with the muscles associated with sound walking mechanics (seated options will be demonstrated). Also included will be a practical application of gait drills with an awareness of the connection between standing strong and moving steady.
