When I was young kid I remember taking these buses to school or anywhere. A rectangle box buses. The Mercedes Benz O405. Lots of memories. The Legendary.

Best sounding bus imho, i love the revv and the gear changes hmmm 10/10. Lots of fond memories on here from scenery to buses, it's like i stepped into a time machine.

I'm going to miss the rides on those O405s (including the SBST counterparts) which are replaced by MAN A22s. :'(
My probably last ride is on 106. I saw one on 61 but I don't have a chance to ride because I am in the VO3x on svc. 8, which will also be gone in a few years down the road.

Omegahacker924 I never been on the newer ones cause obviously I'm in Canada (yeah, yeah, you all know the story), but once I return to Singapore for a vacation, it just won't be the same without the old buses as well...

+Michael Douglas Well majority of these buses have faulty speed limiters which enabled them to travel in excess of 100kmh.. while the MAN A22s are all limited to 60kmh.

+ksiong chei BusFan Unless O405's driver is crap. :P Saw a video of TIB829J on the highway running so slow that it got slammed by an A22. I cringe everytime a O405 gets overtaken. haha
