    I saw an osteopath who looks after international cyclists, he's highly regarded. But I have to say I was underwhelmed, & skeptical. He said my hip was the worst he'd seen in his 30 years of practice, in disbelief as to the level of pain I must endure, told me to get my hip replaced & that he couldn't help me. Then he inplied physios were out of their depth. I have to agree there are a lot of charlatans in the business, I've had no success with nearly all the physios I've been to. My last resort is to not rely on anyone and work it out myself lose a heap of weight, go to the pool to walk backwards , do isometrics, swim everyday sauna & spa meditate, supps & do fasts. Get a cat to act as my therapist sit & purr on my hip,do infrared light, open internal hip rotation & stop sitting down as much as poss. If you can recomend a therapist, I'm desperate, but everytime there's been something challenging to cure like, cancer & drug addiction I've managed to sort it out by myself so...

    So you said tailbone pain is rarely fix by exercises. What if it's related to pelvic floor dysfunction??

    Off topic question. Would chiropractor or physical therapy be better for rehabbing a right shoulder strain? It's actually a work injury so I should get workers comp, I hope. Definitely don't like the burning feeling. Pain is mostly upper arm and sometimes front pec area. Thanks! I don't go to a middleman so to speak until the 27th.

      Generally speaking Pt is the study of Muscles and soft tissue. I recommend physical therapy in that case. However, depending on mechanism of injury I would also recommend a chiropractor who specializes in extremity adjusting. For example a slip or fall where you braced your fall with your hand, arm, elbow, shoulder, etc…. So alignment of the joint in its joint capsule (chiropractors do that) and then rehab w physical therapy. And if you can find or get cold laser therapy for any soft tissue sprain or strain you’ll heal 40-50% faster

      @@Synergywellnessny thanks! Injury happened reaching to try and pry a box loose in the freezer at my work (Panera bread). I didn't know that anything happened until I woke up with lots of shoulder pain the next day. It's a challenge being in pain but I'll get through this with God's help. Thanks again
