Dirty maintenance nation is probably the best name for a YT channel I've seen to date. I get filthy dirty every night I'm at the plant. Grease, oil, the resin they spray on the mats, and just general filth. The best part is all that crap is mixed with fine little glass fibers. It gets everywhere. I can't even wear my work clothes in the house and have to change on the porch. It's a mess but I love what I do.

Lex,you might want to interface that photo cell with a contactor from one of your ac condenser spare parts.your photo cell will never go bad,or have holes blown in the side as u stated.I just retired with 42 years service as an electrical tech .That the way I did it and it's very effective. If you only powering one or two lights of coarse you don't need that.Looks like u had a big load going through the cell.

I noticed during a punch today that our breakers for the exterior lights on one building was in an apartment breaker box. So that unit is paying for 15 exterior lights to run every night. No wonder I couldn't find them in the past lol. Never have found the photo sensor. I've always done light check at night for that building.

Photocell wired to breaker labeled "house lights." Sho nuff. At least that part was legit. Common lights can be such a PITA. Everything from photocells, to GFCI's tripping in garages, to underground shorts. All depends on the property. Some are definitely better than others.

@@thechad7803 No lights CAN mean a security issue. Although it seems like Lex's properties are in decent areas. Nevertheless, I'd take time-and-a-half to go on an easy on call like this one. With that said, I also see your point too. Sometimes, if I CAN talk people out of a cheesy on call, I DO talk them out of it.
