@wesrobmat i think you missed the point of what this guy said He was saying that the boks always compliment wales and give them kudos as a tough and underrated team but then wales and Gatland turn around and bitch and cry that the boks are cheats and are exploiting the rules
From 🇿🇦 Wales always makes me nervous as a spectator. The games are so tactical and physical. Amazing to watch for a rugby fan that understands the hard work forwards put into a game.
Wales is a rugby country! 🏉 We have huge respect for them and hope they get some youth and build a great team again. Also, they love scrums as much as we do. From🇿🇦
Springbok fan here, other than SB and ABs I enjoy watching Wales play, darn they are physical and not afraid. Dont like running rugby that much, for that there is track sport, league, 7's and American footbal, but a sport where people smash into each other like bumping cars? Only rugby union! 😅
As a Bok fan, Wales is a team that unsettles me, regardless of where they are on the rankings. Something in the way that they play, something in the way that they approach a game is very... uncomfortable for the Boks to face. It's like wrestling an eel. Case in point, we've faced them in the 2011, 2015 and 2019 world cups. The respective winning margins for the Boks were 1 point, 4 points and 3 points. Not good for our nerves, as you can see. Yeah they are phsyical, but so is Ireland, France and England. Yeah they have some great players, but so do the aforementioned as well. And yeah, they play smart rugby but again, so do the others. So what is it exactly? I don't know. We can be the overwhelming favourites, we can have the two world cups in the bag, but when we face Wales in a couple of weeks, I can tell you that that unfamiliar and awful feeling in my stomach is going to return.
Wales in the 6 Nations had a few close results. I think this young team can do extremely well in the next year or two. We just don't need to lose sight of that.
