I NEVER comment on CZcams videos but this is the absolute BEST pregnancy workout video I've found!! Challenging, gets your heart rate up but well paced and with great modifications! Due to COVID I am sure many other pregnant ladies are finding ways to stay active at home and I'm so glad I found this channel. I wish there were five more of these strength circuit videos!!! ❤️

I think this was the very first workout of yours that I did, months ago now, and I love this one! It is so cool to see that I've progressed and gotten stronger from doing your workouts from when I first tried this one. I have definition in my arms and 10 lbs weights are getting easy for me now! Oh my goodness! This workout made me cry tears of joy :).I needed you in my first trimester and the beginning of my second trimester. ❤️. I use to be an avid bodybuilder but once becoming pregnant lost my energy and motivation to train. At points in my day I would try old workouts but just feel defeated or weak after going two days in a row during the week and then I would just stop. Your workout video was motivating, challenging, fun, and strengthening. It made me feel whole agaom. Thank you ❤️

I love how you take water breaks and how you challenge us to go heavier! I used to never take water breaks, but I need it! And, I've never leveled up on weights so quick. For me, heavy is 10 lbs and I'm finally there after doing your postpartum calendar since around 8 weeks postpartum(baby is 4.5 months). I'm so proud of myself! Thanks for pushing me! I've had my 10 lb weights for years, but rarely used them in other workout videos over the years thinking they were too heavy😅. You are so empowering!
Love this work out! I started doing this 3x a week at 12 weeks, currently 28 weeks and still going strong! It's just challenging enough, while also fun and safe! Feels amazing to maintain my physical fitness and levels of energy as I am getting closer to my delivery date. Highly recommend!

Thank you so much for this workout. I started at 17 weeks pregnant with my ninth baby (yes, ninth) and all my bicep pain (present for a year previous) has disappeared and I have none of the usual pain associated with pregnancy. I'm also 43 years old and it's great to finally add strength to my exercise routine. I have to say that the workout is perfectly timed and choreographed and there is never a point where I think that I can't go on or where I dread a particular move. (And the photo is my husband...)

I loved this workout! The lady kept up a great dialogue that kept me motivated without being too chatty. I didn't feel like I needed to pause my workout to look at what she was doing since she described them well. It was just the right amount of challenge to feel great after working out but not like I need hours to recuperate. Subscribed!

Oh my goodness! This workout made me cry tears of joy :).I needed you in my first trimester and the beginning of my second trimester. ❤️. I use to be an avid bodybuilder but once becoming pregnant lost my energy and motivation to train. At points in my day I would try old workouts but just feel defeated or weak after going two days in a row during the week and then I would just stop. Your workout video was motivating, challenging, fun, and strengthening. It made me feel whole agaom. Thank you ❤️

I love how you take water breaks and how you challenge us to go heavier! I used to never take water breaks, but I need it! And, I've never leveled up on weights so quick. For me, heavy is 10 lbs and I'm finally there after doing your postpartum calendar since around 8 weeks postpartum(baby is 4.5 months). I'm so proud of myself! Thanks for pushing me! I've had my 10 lb weights for years, but rarely used them in other workout videos over the years thinking they were too heavy😅. You are so empowering!

Love this work out! I started doing this 3x a week at 12 weeks, currently 28 weeks and still going strong! It's just challenging enough, while also fun and safe! Feels amazing to maintain my physical fitness and levels of energy as I am getting closer to my delivery date. Highly recommend!

Thank you so much for this workout. I started at 17 weeks pregnant with my ninth baby (yes, ninth) and all my bicep pain (present for a year previous) has disappeared and I have none of the usual pain associated with pregnancy. I'm also 43 years old and it's great to finally add strength to my exercise routine. I have to say that the workout is perfectly timed and choreographed and there is never a point where I think that I can't go on or where I dread a particular move. (And the photo is my husband...)

37 weeks today and just back to this workout after taking about a week off from weights! it's so hard to stay motivated to workout during this final stretch but your videos inspire me!

I loved this workout! The lady kept up a great dialogue that kept me motivated without being too chatty. I didn't feel like I needed to pause my workout to look at what she was doing since she described them well. Just started the 30 day pregnancy plan! I just found out I’m expecting. I’m an avid runner and have been doing strength and biking and yoga.
