    I am so thankful for these videos of yours Lindsey! I have integrated the strength and yoga routines all throughout my pregnancy along with continuing to mountain bike (carefully) and I feel way better with this pregnancy than any of my other 5! You're awesome girl!

    I slept terrible last night and woke up with all sorts of aches and pains at 32 weeks now. This felt so amazing! Thank you for such great workouts!

    Just hit 34 weeks and found out my baby is breech. This has been a great little yoga work out and hoping it helps get baby in position 🤞. Thank you for sharing!

    Can we do labour prep workouts at 36 weeks ? Could that induce early labour?

      I would recommend talking to your doctor before trying to induce labor naturally. In general, pregnancies are considered full term at 37 weeks of pregnancy. You should not try to induce labor before late in the third trimester!

      @@nourishmovelove thanks . My apologies my question was “ is there a risk that this exercise causes early labour?” If yes I’d prefer to leave it until 38 weeks.
