My fav season is Season 4 followed by Seasons 3, 2, 7, 5, 1 & finally Season 6 is the only one which I started to skip a bit through.
Lowes dismissal of Brooke was Karma at its finest! This was a great scene! His expressions and his friends snorting and laughing was priceless!

That was a terrible thing of Lowell to say to Brooke IMO even though it hit her where she lived and was not very likeable then, turning into a train wreck. Still I think she should have slapped him in the face for making that remark ("your father's dead, the estate's gone, what would be the point?") but the remark probably mentally paralyzed her.

@@EastSide-qc5oy It’s literally the same character. The name is different. The show creators liked her performance on Melrose Place and wrote the Charlotte character around that. In the end it’s literally the same character in a different circumstance.
@@Boobalopbop Literally means literally. If it was literally the same character, she wouldn’t have two names. It would be either Brooke or Charlotte. One character, with the same name. This is two characters, one on Melrose and one on SATC. One named Brooke and one named Charlotte. So, no they are not literally the same character. On top of that, while there might be some similarities between the two characters, there are also plenty of differences. Stark differences actually. And further, neither character could exist in the universe of the other show, since they are two very different shows in style, tone, storytelling, and format. One is a romantic comedy drama with a specific type of focus on relationships, and the other is a soap opera set in a different city 3000 miles away.
Brooke went up to Lowell and acted like nothing has happened. On the look on Lowell's face, he wasn't thrilled to see her again after what she'd done to him.

Brooke's downfall was so good because it was like watching a train wreck. Her last words-"Nobody cares...”-is about as haunting as life comes.

The fact is Brook didn't care about nobody else but herself. So, why should they care. It's her own fault.
But she was right. No one DID care, up to and including the viewing public.

@@sherell273 Lowell didn't care about her. He admitted that he was only with her because she was rich. Then minute she wasn't, he didn't give two shits what happened to her.
Moments like this almost make me feel sorry for Brooke. She is a great reminder on why it’s important for adults to have life skills regardless of their privileged backgrounds.
I don't know why in the hell Alison was still caring and helping Brooke after all the cruel things she did to her. Oh yeah, it's because of Haley. SMH
Some people are better acting than others
Brooke did some bad things but to say that to someone is Just wrong especially about her father being Dead.
She jilted and used him, and she was trying to use him here out of sheer desperation because she was homeless.
Why would Brooke have this conversation with Lowell in front of his friends anyway? Can she took it somewhere else with him privately.
Based on what he said to her, I don’t think he would had agree to take it somewhere else.

Why should Allison be so judgy about Brook dating? Didn't she get with Billy like literally 5 minutes after he kicked Brook to the curb
3:46, yes it was cruel especially what would happen shortly afterward, but nonetheless deserved. She dumped him for someone else, and comes crawling back to him with such desperation you can see from a mile away; now that she was destitute she was trying to use him as a meal ticket. And, he had nothing to gain. Plus, she's such high maitenance even using her for a one night stand for revenge wouldn't even be worth the risk. Pretty smart on Lowell's part; now that's how you get back at someone who jilts you!

Brooke’s karma hit her Hard
The thing that's so unfortunate about dealing with people like Brooke, is that you genuinely feel bad for them because of things they've gone through in their lives, and you want to help them and be there for them. Sometimes they will even seem quite charming and wonderful. But these kinds of toxic and manipulative people are rarely or never going to tuly change, and all they are going to do is spread their drama, toxicity and negativity and bring everyone else around them down with them. It's sort of a no-win situation. I felt bad for Billy, and the situation the found himself in, having to deal with Brooke and all her issues.
I think they should of kept Brooke. And had her her hook up with Richard. A

I would have never guessed she was getting killed off. I was only 13 at the time and really didn’t think much of episode titles back then. I knew it had to do with pools and drowning but the promos had nothing of someone falling into the pool. I hated Brooke ever since she showed up. She was an awful person and Billy did everything for her. He should have left her sooner. He tried to save his marriage but she was the way she was. Brooke should have been thrown out when she trashed Alisons apartment, then threw the spaghetti on the floor. That’s where he should have left her. He stayed with her a little longer after that.
Actually, no. Billy DID leave her after trashing Alison’s apartment and throwing the spaghetti on the floor. He crashed at Jake’s apartment for a couple of days to mull things over, but ended up divorcing her in the end. He never got back with her.
Correct, except the divorce wasn't finalized so they were still legally married at the time of Brooke's death. In fact, during the episode after the fall in the pool ("Devil in a Wet Dress") when Billy was trying to write her eulogy, he tells Alison that since they were still married, he's on the hook for all the bills she ran up as well as the one for her wedding ring.

Actually a person as prominent as Hayley was who had had run into some issues before his sudden death, would have had said death announced in the media. Also, Lowell had supposedly had some wealth so it would have been relatively easy for him to find out this information, even with wide access to the internet being within its infancy.

Friends, for all it's cringe moments, has still aged WAYYYYYY better than this show has... When you watch this back to back with Seinfeld it's hard to believe they were made in the same era.
