Hello! We noticed you mentioned that we sent you the wrong color, we checked your order and you did order a Gary 32Ah-FW11. Which part might be wrong? If there is any problem or you need to change the color, please feel free to contact us. And our FW11 only has Gray and Green colors, we made a printing mistake, we are sorry about that. For the cadence sensor, you have to pedal one full revolution in order for the motor to kick in?? Is that normal with e bikes? Is it inconvenient? Wouldn’t half a revolution be more beneficial??
Have you taken it for a ride? Please do a review! Is it strange having the thumb throttle on left side? Thinking of ordering direct from their website to avoid tax on Amazon
No I just got it . But maybe Monday afternoon I’ll do a video of test driving it. I believe we could switch the thumb throttle to the right side. I’ll try to do a full battery review as well. Stay tune 🔋🔋 !!

The best part is the battery not gonna lie !! Big factor why I purchase the this bike plus customer support is pretty good. They replay really quick. Bike is pretty solid No complaints. .
How is this bike for transportation? Would you say it would fit in the trunk of a compact sedan like a honda civic? It looks bit larger than bikes in this category.
Question for you Eric. I am debating between this, rattan 750 pro and vitilan u7. The ONLY thing scaring me on this is spoke wheels and unknown customer service. Thoughts on those?
If it's not too much trouble would you measure exactly to the exact inch the length of the battery? (I need to know if it will fit inside this bag of mine when I don't want to leave it on the bike)

I actually think the gray one looks nicer I wouldn't want that ugly green blue looking one I really don't understand it if you didn't get the color you wanted why did you even open it why didn't you just send it back
Do not buy from this company they are shady. I ordered a step through fw11 ebike. They sent me a step over . I contact them they respond with in 24 hours I already provided the order number,I get an email stating we are sorry could you please send us the order number . I replied they have not answered for almost 2 weeks now and I have sent 3 emails. Avoid this company the bike frame is trash also it's built cheap. The bike has 50 miles on it I live in a bumpy area the welds under where the motor controller is stationed . Right side stress cracks in weld . I tell you right now you don't want the bike splitting in half when your going 30mph . I'm bringing the bike to a welder to have it beefed up. Avoid if your 250 pounds and have bumpy roads.
i found a guy who builds custom bikes he told me the bike looks great they just missed a weld on mine leading to a section taking all the stress causing it to crack 40$ and he had it fixed in 30 mins other than that the bike seems great customer service not so great@@flolou8496

We got one each as well and the Wildeway FW11S and FW11 are Amazing FAST bikes!!! My man and I LOVE them
