  • This full metal Casioak flies under the radar and I feel it is the least popular of the available colorways, but I think it still has a lot to offer if you want a all metal Casioak that isnt too flashy.

Good video and good choice if staying with your idea of less 'loud'. The one you chose is stealthy. I like it. Currently, in my G-Shock sub collection I have the positive display 35th anniversary gold square, so naturally I had to add the gold CasiOak once it came out. Sold my Rose Gold CasiOak to do so. Recent addition includes the GM-2100C-5A from the utility series which I like a lot. Strap is growing on me but may be changed out down the line.

why would people want the watch smaller? It's thin and wears very small. This isn't the 80's or 90's. I actually wish they made a larger version of this watch. The problem with the aftermarket parts is they don't fit as snug. The one I had was much thicker and the bezel is like 1.5 to 2mm above the crystal Plus it was all polished except for the very front surface of the bezel.. It looked a little too shiny and cheap to me, but it still wasn't that bad overall.

Does the black color scratch off as you wear them?

I have not scratched this watch yet do I can't say for sure. The watch still looks the same as when I bought it. No discoloration
