The Anonymous Pilates Club - Practice Pilates (from the comfort of your own home.)

  • Welcome to the Anonymous Pilates Club.
    Learn and practice Pilates from the comfort of your own home at the time most convenient for you.
    Each workout is 45 to 55 minutes long and is open level. This means you will be challenged regardless of the level you are at.
    Please move at your own pace if you are just starting out. Stop, pause and rewind as you familiarize yourself with the movements and the sequence.
    What is Pilates?
    Pilates is a vigorous full-body workout. We work to restore strength, balance and flexibility to each part of your body. You can expect to improve your posture, core strength, flexibility, and it's an excellent recovery/cross-training workout so you can excel at the sports you love.
    Intensity Level:
    These workouts are low impact with a deliberate pace. You can expect to be challenged from head to toe, but there is enough time to concentrate on your form and alignment.
    About your teacher:
    Kala is an experienced fully certified teacher and delivers cues along the way to help you improve your form and understand correct positions throughout the class.
    What do you need?
    A mat. It is recommended to have two mats layered or a thick blanket or towel on top of your mat to give your spine more cushion and support.
