Before you buy Arnor, first FIND Arnor. If you can do that, and at a reasonable price, you may as well buy it even if you don't care for the army, cause you'll probably never get the same opportunity again haha.
Arnor and khazad could work. Arnor are very cheap spears to iron guard/ khazad guard which would add the punch arnor lack. Plus higher courage/ bodyguard. I see them with more lothlorien/ rivendell for that aura of command bubble from celeborn or cirdan

reimagine arnor as late romans, plenty of plastics out there. as long as third party models are allowed at the event, of course.
