I love these crazy chickens! They look like they'd be fun to hang out with. As soon as I saw the thumbnail, I knew I had to paint this! I did not have all the supplies. They arrived last week and I'm so excited to paint this.
I have painted these cute chickens for me. I showed one person and she wanted one in teal purple and orange. So I painted it for her and next thing I know three more ppl thought this painting was awesome and I ended up painting their color chickens and gave some some people a great smile. Thank you Cinnamon for fun paintings that not only I can paint and enjoy but give joy to others.
I have finally found the courage to paint this for my dining room!! I've been painting for a year now and am at that I can't do anything right phase. Your story of courage through the fire has encouraged me to hang in there and challenge myself to new skills and new projects. I grew up with chickens as accent pieces in our home and I am loving these silly birds!! Thank you for sharing your gift and your story.

Love your videos. Well, I did it! I painted these chickens and now get to smile every time I look at them! Only thing is my colors turned out darker, probably because I didn't mix them light enough. Anyway, it is perfectly imperfect, like me (ha). I'm going to paint this again but use much brighter colors. This was fun to create! My friends are tickled when I show my painting to them!

Cinnamon,I need to ask you something ? I need to know what is a good easel,wood for metal I have my art room rt next to my bed on one wall ,I’m looking for one that can set on my table so I can stand up to paint some times I’m a beginner.thank you for your time
What is a graliner, graner?
A Grainer is a brush where the edges of it are clipped and trimmed out a little bit so the brush makes me find any regular lines like hairs. A Grainier can come in any brush shape.
I am a beginner. Is the first thing you put on the canvas in lieu of say gecco?
Not usually. Most canvas you buy comes with gesso on it and ready to paint. You should be fine right out of the canvas. I am wondering areyou asking because your canvas did not take the paint the way you are expecting. Sometimes their is a coating to prevent mold that i think is hydrophobic ( to keep water off ) and it fights the paint. That can be helped by just painting a first layer or ground on it
