I have this camera as well and it does have an alarm. If you go to the live view and slide up on the bottom menu to reveal more options you can manually trigger the alarm. Also in the modes section of the app you can set the alarm to go off if motion is detected.

It does have a siren on the options you have to go out.
Is the siren automatic, manual or both? And which do you prefer? Great Channel.
I believe you can set a rule to enable it to work with motion etc. Also I would like to see if I can implement this into there home security system as well.
Would a side area 40ft in length and 3 feet in width. With the neighbors side home about 4 feet away. Be too much?

No none of their camera's offer that. You will need to get cctv camera's and a NVR for that option which I do have a Reolink system for that.

I could see all these security camera companies driving each other bonkers by going out and hiring network security researchers to find security flaws in each others products. Reasons for doing so? to eliminate or slow down competitions.🤣🤣

I bought this as refurbished from Amazon. Wasn't real happy with it from the start. Delayed recording, camera pans very slow, and would often only get the end of someone walking by. Also had some random wifi connection problems. Had to resync it a few times. One day it just stopped working. Took it down, tested on USB, worked fine. Had the electric wires on my home tested, they were fine. Reinstalled camera, it was dead. Called eufy, was told it is 3 days outside the 90 day warranty. They wouldn't make an exception. Thankfully Amazon did. I will never buy anything refurbished from eufy again.

@@CrazyRick250 It really depends on what it is. I bought a some Garmin GPS that were factory refurbished, but had a 1 year warranty. Those were fine. But in general, refurbished only has 30 or 90 days. I know better and should have trusted my instincts.
