So simple yet so powerful. Being in this culture, we forget the fundamental basics of life, which is to radiantly dance with what is.

Thank you, that was so powerful and yet I could not remember the second part of it, and could not find it again in the video. And then, here it was....you had written it in the comments. THANK YOU!!! :)

I can tell you how this happened. Our society has used shame and othering to try and enforce complicity: be like us or we will disown you. The problem is that we are who we are no matter how many people tell us we're insufficient. We become self-sufficient to survive. Putting the kid in the corner, solitary confinement, is not an adequate punishment when you're not nice and welcoming people. What we're missing is the ability to exist alongside one another without measuring who can do what for whom. Let someone be beside you. Don't give yourself, and don't take them.

A truly connected life is not a force of oppression, but a dynamical connectivity whose degrees of freedom are topologically invariant (say through universal human rights, freedom, dignity and liberty) throughout humanity regardless of difference in race, gender, sex, belief, knowledge etc

Body, mind, spirit....all from my Creator, who says who, what, where, when and how of me. In Christianity, the mind is the heart and will: Heart--feelings, emotions, deepest inner self. Will: free and determines what I do. When the will (thoughts, ideas, intellect) and the heart are in unity, you will be free from confusion in your doing. Mind = heart and will

Sounds similar to Buddhist philosophy. That’s great. Of course mind seperate from brain n mind influences brain n brain can influence mind. Great job.

"... without integration (or harmony) there's chaos ..."
"Look at our lives, look at our planet ..."
I say, look at the universe.
The missing link in his energetic information theorem is the energy Source or Creator. Does the self come from the mind? Body? Relationships? Yes, and ...? Did I create my own awareness? Maybe. Possibly. I think science would disprove the idea pretty quickly and easily and in ways that can and have been replicated, many times over.
But, of course, I could be wrong. Interesting to think about.

You won't find OA in this dimension, Hap. Leave poor Dr. Dan Siegel's body alone, and transfer your consciousness elsewhere...

This is another motivational speech mixed with science, let me say this before I say what is the problem with these kinds of talks, no matter how many of these talks, or how many books you read, you are still functioning from a program called consciousness, which is our conditioned mind. We may talk endlessly about integration, oneness, weness, mindfulness, and so on. These mindfulness gurus greatest assumption is that, through knowledge we enlighten ourselves, which is a lie, please checkout an article on "conspiracy of mindfulness". This kind of talks, workshops, books, and so on has become multi billion dollars industry. Final these experts think that through analysis you can know yourself, which is false, because they are using same programmed conditioned mind to analyze itself, which can have some benefits, because we are wounded so deeply, but analysis do net bring us to present.
