Indigo41000 I had wonderful quality on this one and crappy on the last..but I did notice I watched this one on a newer iPhone and last one on an old iPod..may be the device you're using?
you also have to change the quality to at least 1440sHD
I'm usually a big skeptic of these 360 videos but this was actually really effective.

yes you are allowed to to go and take pictures in the cafe but you can't see the other rooms because they are in a special location.
