According to a newspaper article, On 2 November(←sorry it’s October is correct), export of hydrogen fluoride to SK Hynix was already permitted.
According to the news reporting this export license, it seems that it is taking time because Korean importers struggle with submiting all the required documents that were not necessary when South Korea was on the white list.
Similar to this declaration, I think that export declaration of hydrogen fluoride to South Korea that can be confirmed as import for semiconductor manufacturing purposes etc. will be allowed.
Japan is not restricting on export hydrogen fluoride, but only strictly controls strategic materials under the international law.

That means it’s a huge win for a Dutch company to sell more electric shavers being manufactured in South Korea in South Korea and a huge lost for Panasonic.

However, I can tell you this much. This video is mentioning the main cause of the trade war is because south Korea's "inadequate management" of the chemicals. That is NOT the cause, rather is merely an excuse Japanese government gave after trade war started. The real issue that started the trade war is when Korean Supreme Court ruled that two of Japanese companies need to compensate several South Korean citizens for the forced labors during the years Japan imperialized South Korea. Japanese government did not like this decision, and tried to force South Korean government to alter the supreme court decision by restricting major components of semi-conductors - which Korea's major companies (such as Samsong) need for making cell phones. Since using this as a reason for trade restriction is against the rule under WTO trade agreement, they had to come up with different reasons why they are starting the trade war. That's where their made-up reason of South Korean government's "inadequate management" of chemicals comes in. South Korean government has already openly talked about this matter and asked the Japanese government about in what standard the management was inadequate. Until today, Japanese government still has not given an straight answer to that question, despite the fact that they are using that reason as a main cause of trade restriction. If whomever made this video looked up just a little bit more in to the subject, they cannot be making this major mistake in their summary.

Considering the terrible things Japan did to Korea, to show any signal that Korea still supports the Japanese people is a sign of humility in my opinion. In fact, far more Koreans visit Japan than Japanese visit Korea and this should be telling of the perceptions of the general public from both sides.

Anyways we just lead to believe on the written history remaining since they were the past. Although I am believing the history that I've learned, there is no reason for me to blame you learning the history from your community. I wish there could be a better way to find out the truth, so our people and your people could be more caring and helping, loving each other. Both of us need to be MORE honest for ourselves and each other no matter what for the people who knows the truth for sure. I wish the real truth pops out, the inflicted apologizes, and to be cool to each other and live on with smooth relationship.

Ask on the streets of Korea Koreans know and feel ashamed that Korean troops have done some wrong in Vietnam. And the Korean government tried to solve the problem several times, but the Vietnamese government seems to be not interested in war because it is a winning country and is only interested in economic cooperation now. Korea is not avoiding it.
This is what the Korean foreign minister referred to in questions and answers with students at the university last year. Even if Korea wants to resolve the issue, it is difficult if the Vietnamese government does not want to do so.
And the victim of Vietnam has also visited the Korean National Assembly, and civic groups and lawyers are trying to solve this problem in Korea. I heard that a Korean lawyer recently filed a lawsuit with a Korean court over this matter.
The difference between Japan and Korea is that most Koreans know and admit that Korean troops did wrong in the Vietnam War.
However, the Japanese do not understand well because they do not learn enough to distort history or to reduce the fact that they have done wrong, only to think of it as an old story.
The reason for this is that Prime Minister Abe's father was a war criminal and the Japanese government now has a long history revisionist rule, including the education minister.
And Japanese government does not recognize the Japanese military sexual slavery, forced labor. So the Japanese tv South Korean World War II victims often distorted and so the Internet, many Japanese people are only as a prostitute and the Japanese military sexual slavery.Forced labor that workers simply think.
If you look at the comments of Yahoo News, a famous Japanese website, or 5ch, you will know what the Japanese think.
Korea does not avoid at least that problem in the Vietnam War and all the more so because there are problems in Korea and Japan.
The problem is that material compensation is important, but most of all, they have to admit that they have done something wrong without rejecting it. The reason this problem isn't solved is because they just pay and don't admit it at all.
That's why the victim is a liar and does not recover his human rights.
It is difficult to say much because Korea also did wrong in Vietnam.
However, Koreans may not think about the human rights of Korean victims.
Victims of Vietnam are important, but it cannot cover up the problems of Japan and Korea.
It is a matter of Korea and Vietnam.
Koreans do not want to fight this problem because they want to get along with Japan. Koreans are also distressed. In this matter, Koreans have no choice but to think about the Korean victims' position. Money is not important. It is not that the Korean government has no money.
This problem must be acknowledged by the Japanese government. That way, the victim will not be insulted as a liar, but will be able to restore the honor of human rights

What is Japan aiming for about Korea? Once the drunken Japanese policymakers have advocated to take Dokdo as a military. Recent news on South Korea's weapons development and third-party assessments of South Korea are favorable. In addition to Japan, Japan is the only country in the world that has an anti-Korean book section if it has a high level of popularity. As such, it is the hope of the Japanese to imagine that Japan is a favorable assessment globally. These things are similar to the people of any country who are selfish. It is not a government that teaches objective truth in Japan, but only Asahi Shimbun is in the media. As long as Japan has a Japanese government or media that has given up objective evaluation of Korea, it is difficult for Japan to become an internationally moral country. Self-satisfaction can always be there, but the political use of the country is not high in popular is not high. Only the Japanese don't know. The Japanese say they helped Korea, but Koreans don't think so at all. Technology was also introduced, but the price was paid. Japan has stolen technology from the United States or Germany. The Japanese government's colonial compensation was around $300 million and there was no compensation for individuals for "crime against humanity". On the other hand, Chinese civilians were reimbursed and duplicated. Tsushima citing the San Francisco Peace Treaty, but with Japan, Dokdo issue be as Korean school books compiled by the state of the official documents or later. Maps around the world of the Dokdo as Korean map to about 185. Of course, changing the color of the map and manipulating it into Japanese territory is the skill of the Japanese media. It was also the Japanese media that omitted Korean donations from statistics during the Great East Japan Earthquake. This has played a major role even now in the novel-like history of giving benefits to Korea and the manipulation of public opinion by the sham media that joined it. Prime Minister Abe's regulation of exports, not imports, is also the result of learning the wrong history. In the past, Japan has copied many technologies from the U.S. and Germany. I can say that I stole this mole. Then, is there any technology that Korea stole from Japan? If pollack sauce, pollack sauce, and pollack have moved from Korea to Japan, the Japanese say it is their traditional food. Far from acknowledging this fact, the South should sever diplomatic ties with South Korea on a trivial pretext. It is Korean who knows Japanese bad deeds and habits best. It would be in his favor to Japan to stop its foolish incitement. Therefore, some politicians and the media instigated the slandering of Koreans by all means. It is important to know that Japan can never be a beautiful advanced country and it is not. Isn't Japan fighting the glory of the past? Cruel history needs to be stopped immediately. Sengaku is Chinese and Kuril Islands is Russian. Dokdo is without saying. Will Japan be able to handle the fight?
Japan makes opportunities a crisis, and Korea uses crises as opportunities. Of course China spreads the crisis to the world. The average Korean is not very interested in Japanese slander. Japan only waits for Korea's mistakes. That's how they make headlines. The illusion that war crimes countries without reflection are recognized worldwide is their own sleep talking.

This created problems when almost everyone can carry a gun, including those who shouldnt in the first place. Answer this question, Why we own a weapon? It is to protect our properties. Japan "There is no explanation so I will exclude it from White Country. Please explain it from now on before importing."
     South Korea “Japan is harassing”
     Japan"????????"
I don't think reselling weapons is a good idea. And South Korea says, "It's a declaration of war on the Korean economy!" but we just quit the preferential treatment. From now on, we will trade like any other country in the world.

Fmi, japan now they try to cancel the and try negotiating again to korea cuz of they economy getting falling. Most of European countries like uk they cancel the trade with jp then new contract to korea for vehicle parts.
Also the resources for cellphones, now korea invented the new materials and got from other countries( i think i heard was Israel and cn) so korea is getting no needs from jp. and cuz of that jp co are getting negative effects sp they try to renew the trade code.
Plz read the news from korea and jp then u can see real things

@@user-nt2tz4sy5r"In December 2018, Korean authorities prosecuted 4 Koreans and 5 Korean companies for illegally procuring North Korean coal via Russia. " The South Korean government has also made this true to the public. and The South Korean government also announced, "There were 156 cases of illegal exporting of strategic goods from S.Korea to the world. this included Japanese-made hydrofluoric acids." Then why doesn't the Korean government answer to which country Japanese hydrofluoric acid was illegally exported?

When you met the person who likes to say "I am a Canadian. I don't like Japan. Because Japan is the war-criminal country.", you'd better talk with him/her about the surveillance operation against North Korea according to the UNSCR sanction. Although Canadian Forces are participating in the surveillance operation, their surveillance activity is based not on South Korea's ports but on Japan's ones.
And you'd better ask that "Canadian person" why Canadian Forces don't trust South Korea.
I guess that "Canadian person" will easily show his/her true colour.

What does the logical relation between the fact that ‘Canadian surveillance activity is based on Japan nowadays’ and the fact that ‘Japan was the war-criminal country in the past’?
Do you want to say ‘Surveillance operation against North Korea’ can erase or offset the fact that ‘Japan was the war-criminal country’?

If this was a college report, I would give B for trying. I can see they spent 5 hours in the internet. Very superficial and amature. Would be okay for college report but I expect more professionalism especially in a very intense and sensitive topic. I wonder they even consulted people from both sides. I think the major problem is they dont care about what is actually happening. They only need to make the story to the depth that looks okay. Why bother.

The conflict is not only economic, historical, and national, it is also ethnic. Many Japanese consider Koreans as inferior to the “Yamato” race. There are many racial slurs in the Japanese language for Koreans.

Honestly “Export regulation/controlr” has nothing to do with history or national or ethnic.
Those who are stupid just tryna respond to an argument by changing the subject to focus on someone else’s misconduct, implying that all criticism is invalid because no one is completely blameless. Bunch of whataboutism nonsense makes me wanna laugh.

Nah its bigotry. Though in terms of Chinese people I did get a Japanese salary women mad by telling her I was learning Chinese and how I was learning it, she exploded told me Chinese are subhuman and when I told her thats matomo ja nai in America (that was her favorite phrase and she used it for people dying their hair and going to work) and she went nuts. She recorded the interaction, and I can give you a link to it if you want.
