  • 3/11/21: ADDED: Move the C86ACCP Jumpers to 1-2 SOFT ENABLE. This will allow resetting of the Clearpath motors should they fault by cycling the Estop button. Servo motor rotors will not lock until CNC12 is in the READY state.

Hi Marty a good short and accurate video of setting up and connecting Acorn and Clearpath, and thanks for your support. keep up the good work from Poul in Denmark :-)

Did you configure the sdsk's high level outputs to monitor for drive ready/ drive fault? I am a little confused by this on my setup

Does the C86 ACCP provide the pull up resistors required by Teknic? If not, how will you add them?

Hey Marty, thanks for making this video! What’s your thoughts on clear path vs dmm?

I may have set up my mill and lathe incorrectly. I thought the standard SDSK motor resolution was 800 per rev. And the enhanced versions were closer to 6400. They are working, should I change my settings?

can the input terminals on the acorn receive 24v signal

  • @avpriority

Hello Marty. I have a question on the C86ACCP. I recently installed the board, the new one with the flying lead terminal blocks. I see in the GCnC Revisions manual that you have wire jumpers in the two position flying lead blocks. Are these necessary when using the molex plugs. I ask because I seem to have to have input 5 set to NO red circle. If set to NC drive fault occurs upon any movement. I wired everything else as per your video.

Hey Marty, if i have the relay output 1 occupied by my e-stop contractor circuit, can i leave the red jumper that comes with the c86 board in there? Do i need to move the acorn enable jumper to on?

I don’t see a “no fault out” option for outputs

    What is HFLB ?

Are teknic servos same as clearpath ?
