    Thank you, those are solid tips💖 I'd add that it is also helpful to, sort of, make a deal with ourselves, that the getting ready to sleep time is for getting ready for sleep, not for analyzing our whole life and all mistakes;) But, the important step is to promise ourselves to actually make time for sorting those things out, and really to be sure to do it.
