Lest say new truck chasis is 150k, and all the materials for the living habitat (gfk box, fridges, batteries, carpenter, bike racks.. without labour, just materials from store) are around 150k, and than is 600K left, for what, labour? cmon. I know everyone has to eat and make profit, but..

Ok, so in this model, I liked that the shower is bigger, I’m a big man 6’7” and 245, I didn’t see if it had a washer/dryer combo to it, the other thing is instead uprite frig and you get a drawer type instead and can you get a 4 burner cooktop to it…..does this come in a dual cab and can it come or do a crab crawl, that’s it for questions.
Scott, these things are built to order, so if you need a lot of head clearance, that is what you need to order. However, in this case you would be OK. As for a washer, that can be ordered as well, however one needs to make sure that there is enough water in the tanks and electricity to run the washing machine. Cooker, again, whatever the buyer wants. Nearly all machines have crawl space, for me that would be essential.
the gasoline, maintenance after about 4-5 years will be cost price of the this vehicle itself. especially if you driving a lot, realy traveling. not just stay in one place like rv parking in usa for months.
Impractical as an off-road IMO. Aside form the weight, it just wouldn't fit down 3/4 of the trails in Australia and many bridges in outback Oz have weight limits. Can you imagine taking that across a sandy dune or beach. You'd need heavy recovery vehicle to get you out if bogged. And then heavy recovery to get the heavy recovery out.
@@VanlifewithAlan Well that kind of defeats the purpose of having an off-road MH, yeah? Being able to go almost anywhere isn't an option in a vehicle of this size. It isn't only beaches that are an issue. You have over-hanging branches restricting clearance and muddy trails to consider. A vehicle of this weight would sink in a muddy bog and you'd have one hell of a time getting it out.

It is not a van but a very large truck ect. But it's very nice.
