Wow...what a legend. I cant imagine the amount and severity of the growing pains he must have gone through. Such a short and difficult life but it looks like he lived it to the fullest. May he rest in peace.
Well he doesn't have the weight. He's not got a lot of fat like Andre the Giant did.

I watch Robert walk and I watch Andre walk and there is a difference... Andres wearing the pain, you can tell,
and Robert just looks like he's walking.
He seemed like a real Gentle Giant. May his soul rest well.

Crazy to think that he was on the verge of being 9ft tall. Simply incomprehensible
Kind of sad actually as the doctors would have known his lifespan was destined to be short, in most cases less than 35 years but in Robert's case just 22. I'm sure Robert had to know as well but by all accounts he never wallowed in sadness. It's likely that had he been born in modern times the doctors would be able to treat his condition and limit his growth to a more manageable and livable size.
Yeah l'm think too, moderns doctors are able to treat his pituitary gland 's tumor with radiotherapy for stop his growth as soon as 10 years old when he was 6ft5😅
I always cant believe how insane is that nearly 9ft im 6’8ft (203cm) and people call me giant cant believe that There was someone 69 cm taller than me and is comon die at young age at that height im 22 too now hopefully have longer life..
When I think of how much my brothers (all 6’3”+) ate as teenagers, I can’t imagine how much this guy ate. Wow

I think most people with this affliction pass away because the body cannot keep up with having to produce so much tissue for prolonged periods. His heart may have just given up. Yes, he did have an interesting life and the world misses him.
He actually died from sepsis due to wearing ill-fitting shoes. 🥺

I hope he enjoyed traveling around the country and seeing new places. It's clear that his family cared about him. But you can tell that towards the end he was in some pain. Rest in peace, young man.

With all due respect Robert was TALLEST man ever in 1940 til present. But can you imagine GOLIATH of gath (PHILISTINE) i read somewhere SUPPOSEDLY he was son of Samson ,GOLIATH stood almost 10 feet tall i would have liked to have seen a picture of him.
Goliath was 9 ft 9 in.
