- Hello lav's! I have been experiencing bloating these past few weeks as seen on the thumbnail photo (maybe because i'm cheating a lot on my diet these past few weeks!lol!stress eating is real!) so I've decided to watch out again my eating habits in which i tried a new diet routine and i think it was really effective that's why i'm sharing this to you (cause i love you momma's!)
Just wanted to share with you this 3 day diet because it really amazed me! i really lost weight just in 3 days! TAKE NOTE this isn't a full egg diet as i also added some oatmeal to have some varieties also (ADDED SOME CHEAT MEALS ON THE LAST DAY TOO!LOL!) but i guess the 2 eggs in the morning was really helpful! i feel full for a longer time and my cravings wasn't like before! maybe the egg helped a lot to cut out my cravings ! I didn't eat any other than what was showed in the video!

So I lost 2-3 kg, I say now the "widest part of my stomach" i lost a little but over 3cm and about 2 cm on my waist and that in 3 days without working out. I will probably do it again for a longer period and with a workout and will let you know how it turns out then🙂

Yes please tell me how it turned out with workout but just make sure do this diet for just 3 days because it's not good for your health if you tried it for a longer time than 3 days you will gain more than what you lost👍🏼💗

Becareful if u're a beginner, i tried doing this before and it wasn't good. I suddenly got egg allergies and couldn't eat eggs FOR MONTHS literally my whole body itches and it won't calm down unless i drink meds. Also, in the end got my lost kg back when i ate "normally" aka eating healthily (fish, meat, veggies). Not saying u shouldn't do this bcs in the end we all have diff bodies, my body just reacted differently and i think health is more important than losing weight fast. U can lose weight steadily but healthily. Anw, that's just my two cents on this diet, keep up y'all. I weigh about 80 kg before btw and lost i think about 2 kg in three days, got really faint and weak when doing this.

@@Baileezz give it time honey, if you lose fast, you will gain fast aswell. Losing weight is good because its healthy but its not healthy when doing it in such a way. Do this but add extra things (:

This was great!! I completed the 5 day egg fast this last weekend and lose 10.4lbs a month ago I did the 3 days and lose 9.8lbs. I think it gives a great kickstart and it’s simple eating! I vlogged mine on my channel too! I felt it helped me with accountability to vlog. Thank you for sharing! 💓🤗
How many eggs should I eat in a day?
@@angieclose5450 in the rules I followed you can have between 10-12 , some people only eat 6. It’s on my vlog as well 🤗

You should add peanut butter to that Oatmeal. It looks good. Am going to try this diet. Am a horrible person when it comes to food but diet is also hard for me but I will try my best. Am in the 230 range and my goal is to get out of the 230 range and get back to 180 and so forth.

if you only lost water weight than yes, but if you lost fat you won't gain it back unless you eat more calories than you burn

I usually drink black coffee also without sugar and I didnt eat snaks or any sweets.
But sometimes I craved during my cheat days hihihi .

Hi, I think you should drink green tea instead of coffee since its healthier and if you're in a diet. Plus, green tea also has caffeine in it.

u should drink tons of water! it will make u full! water is also important try drinking water before u eat some eggs so youll be quite full cus of the water but bathroom always if ur feeling hungry drink water it will ease some hungryness i tried this alot its working
I agree by the end of day 2 I followed to a tee I was shaking so bad and omg so sick to my stomach no energy . It was not for me.

Hello I once traid to do this challenge and it really helped me I think some of you already found it in the comment section. I promised that I will do it again but with workouts and this is the update for it. I will try to update it every day and what kind of workout I did bc I want to do some specific ones for my "problem parts". I don’t know how long I am going to do it so I will just start with 5 Days

You need your protein and starch intake that's why she had oatmeal for lunch. I eat 2 eggs and peanut butter on toast for breakfast and sushi, or oatmeal, or pork chops with a light salad for lunch and then the 2 boiled eggs again for dinner and it's going great for me also with an exercise routine.

OKAY so I do eat this like every 2 times a week and I drink black coffee to me it works better if you drink black coffee trust me I tried with milk but didn't see enough results. IF you guys don't want to drink black coffee then I'd prefer you to use GREEN TEA .PLEASE DO EXERCISE and eat this diet at once if you don't exercise you wouldn't see results as fast as doing both at the same time . If you make the egg diet, is Just eggs nothing else breakfast, lunch and dinner, coffee or tea is without sugar and milk, but I will try yours because that looks so much easier to do and you get these results sound good to me
If u want to do egg diet . Atleast eat another foods that r low in calories and high fiber. Egg (protein) and fiber will make u full anyway .
