Ahead of her Piece of Me Charity Ride in Las Vegas, she opened up about meeting Hillary Clinton, dating, that gone viral wardrobe malfunction, her new music, and her passion for helping the Nevada Childhood Cancer Foundation, an organization she holds near to her heart.

For everyone asking about what happened to her face; She started pouting out her lips in 07-08 as well as botox, which she has stated before she's a fan of. As for the rest of her face, two eyelid surgery's one in 2010. and other right before she began rehearsals for her opening vegas show as well as a nose job. Honestly if she wouldn't have done anything to her eyes she would look normal even with the new lips and nose. But keep in mind people, hollywood influences some of the prettiest to turn to plastic surgery. :) hope this answers everyone's questions.

Anais Guzman Look, you've probably been a Britney 'fan' for 2 days, because most of us who have been fans since 1999 will have guts and be honest about how they feel. If I think she looks different then that's what I think! If she did something to her face for a medical reason then I won't argue. But if she did it cosmetically and to 'improve' her looks, then I do have a problem with that as Britney was already beautiful in the first place.
