Why do you stop at red lights,,you may proceed with caution,,I even rode on Parkways,using hand signals,never was stopped by Police,,how many speeds is your bike? Avoid at all costs,manholes

The police do stop cyclists for proceeding through red lights. I own multiple bicycles and their speeds are all different.
