- The Utah State Crime Lab has matched Tim Ballard's DNA to a sperm sample found on an alleged victim's skirt, according to court documents filed Monday by the plaintiff. Celeste Borys was Ballard's executive assistant. She is one of several women who has accused Ballard of sexual assault and reported incidents to law enforcement.

Yes, pretending to be saving and protecting children from this kind of abuse is a huge money-making scam and an excuse they use to surround themselves with S*X and P*RN, just like Tim did and his helpers did. It’s the same thing for those who conduct the online sting operations who also create fake cases of this. Those guys are not allowed to use the entrapment defense. Our criminal justice system is very broken. It’s very easy for those working in it to get away with creating and prosecuting fake cases.

If the courts start requiring a forensic analysis of all the devices used in those sting operations, to confirm the accuracy of the evidence they use to charge and convict those men, it would be a whole different story. It’s those who conduct these online sting operations that have so much to hide, including hiding exculpatory evidence and evidence of entrapment. I find it hard to believe she would continue to work for or with him after the first assault, much less continue to work for 10 months, much less after the 2nd assault. ....He makes a movie about human trafficking, which hints at powerful politicians and government officials being involved in the trafficking. I don’t know the facts of all those cases and I don’t know for sure where all the information is coming from. The only thing I know is I’m not the judge, jury, prosecutor, or even the detective of anything.
It should be common sense to understand that we don’t know EVERYTHING about everything, and we certainly shouldn’t be making decisions on someone’s innocence or guilt based on such little information with zero context.
