- How often have you heard that juicing removes the fiber, and therefore you should avoid juices because you need the fiber?

In listening to the anti-juicers in the medical community, it's not that the fiber is being removed, rather that the fiber is being stripped from the fructose and rendering it harmful to liver and cell function etc.

What are ways to get your fiber ? I’m doing a juice fast but I can’t eat nuts or chia seeds
I bought a juicer but I want to eat the pulp like jam😄. Gross cause it's seems digested for sure. But is this really bad? And what about the nutrients in the pulp?

It removes almost all the fiber. It’s a processed food since you remove most of the fiber, nutrients and vitamins. Don’t be misled
There’s solvable and insolvable fiber
We don’t need fibre.
