Nintendo did a survey asking fans that they were willing to pay $50 for a new Warioware game and that's what actually happened.
Nintendo really needs a survey like this to figure out what fans want. Yes Nintendo we liked the old ways of Paper Mario and we want Mario & Luigi back.

A new studio should take on a Partners in Time remake to prove themselves worthy
Then they should replay all the established games of M&L to have a good understanding and not just randomly create something new. Imagine if you never watched Star Wars but you know about it just a little bit and you were in charge making a remake? Yeah it won’t end being as good as expected.

Honestly I never minded it in BIS and DT. My main issue is with PJ that not only Starlow but other characters, even IRL and Paper Peaches, constantly put Luigi down throughout the game. Once in a while is fine but the game just overuses this joke

@@rayyt5566im replaying paper jam and i think this is more just a symptom of the games small cast. Its the marios, starlow (and i mean obviusly she’s gonna make those comments), the peaches (who make like one or two jabs at him but also praise him at the end of the game) and more or less the rest of the cast are bowsers minions and i mean yeah of course bowsers gonna be mean to luigi

If the Mario & Luigi series was in HD, they should make it appear 2D with the game's distinct art work, reminiscent of the series' cover art. Or they could make it appear 3D with a 2D esque look and still make it look like the old games art style.
Since I was a kid, I've always wanted Wario and Waluigi to be included in some role in a Mario and Luigi sequel.
Mario and Luigi series is held dear to my heart and this video makes me so happy that this series still has hope❤🥹

Dream team was my childhood. And I am probably one of the 3 people who love paper jam for what it was. So yes I love the mario and luigi seiries. So I am excited for this news. Plus super paper mario being referenced made me happy too.

I think Mario and Luigi games and Paper Mario should remain completely different types of RPGs. For example: humor, battling, and format should all remain relatively different.

@@yaolofe3852 hey yaolofe3852 and I'm so happy that the Nintendo company is knocking it out the park bringing all of their super Mario games back I'm a huge fan of super Mario along with their new movie of the super Mario bros 2 being release in 2026 also i know its crazy to think back to all the Super Mario games that are being played on old consoles like Gameboy advance , Nintendo 64, Nintendo GameCube but to be honest i played Mario and Luigi parents of time and dream team bros online and they are so good but its hard when i tried to jump over the rope as far as the game Jump rope that Mario and Luigi are doing in the game but Nintendo is the best company out there and brings a smile to all of us that love our favorite plumber Mario and Luigi also with all other mushroom kingdom friends, but Nintendo is so lucky to bring those games back and that their voice actor Charles Martinet is traveling all over the world as his Mario universe lives on, i hope he is staying safe out there while traveling but his role of Mario is cute and adorable especially when Mario says I'm a tired in Super Mario 64 and fall asleep along with Super Mario sunshine and super Mario galaxy and all other Mario games that are being created may he be a blessing in our super Mario hearts at all times

They should give Partners In Time the remake it deserves. I always found it so strange they skipped it when Bowser’s Inside Story wasn’t even that old when its remake came out. Heck, you could still play the original on 3DS via backwards compatibility

Dream Team (as well as Paper Jam) do NOT need a remake. If anything, Partners In Time does as it is the only 2D game without a remake.

The 3ds remakes were not a bad idea, just bad timing.
Everyone was using the Switch and left the 3ds. If you made the remakes on switch, it would have sold much better!

As a fan of the Paper Mario Series, and Mario & Luigi Series and also growing up with these series in the 2000s. I do have to agree that a return to form of these games is a must because it would bring back how Great these game series were and it would bring new fans into these series as well. Also @Nin10doland I do have to agree with you at 7:20 in making sure that this Survey does In fact reach the core fans of these Mario RPGS Series and not nobody that’s new to these Mario Rpg series.
Same, I was born in 1996 and thus an 00s kid, these games were a big part of my childhood and teen years. Actually, I'm 27 and still play them at work during lunch break sometimes while eating lunch (don't eat yogurt during a boss battle, I learned my lesson the hard way)

Personally i still love paper jam (i think the best way i have ever heard somebody fraze it is saying its the worst M&L game but thats still like a 7.5 out of 10). Personally i dont mind the lack original characters as much as most people do and while i whould love to see them return in a mario and luigi 6 i also wont be super upset if they dont as long as the games gameplay, humor and exploration are intact

Bowser's inside is THE most popular cause of Bowser being playable true, but the story was ok. But partners in time was insane! Plus they remade both superstar saga and Bowser's inside story already. PLEASE remake partners in time, I will literally buy 500 copies to get the message across that Mario and Luigi should return 😂

It's awesome to see that the Mario & Luigi series could have a shot at coming back with this survey. I love how with the announcement of the Paper Mario The Thousand Year Door Remake that Nintendo has been experimenting to see what people loved about the original Paper Mario games along with remaking the very first Mario RPG, Super Mario RPG to see how it would turn out with new and old fans alike. I feel like Nintendo remaking a game from the Mario & Luigi series next after Paper Mario TTYDR would be awesome to see such as Partners In Time.

I'm hoping they have a new paper mario like the old ones because of TTYD remake and a new M&L game come out on the next console. Having just one is unfair to the fans of the other because they never really competed, they both sold well and were both popular at the same time. They had different fans.
Mario & Luigi's Dream Team Bros was an absolute masterpiece, and even if you don't like it you can't deny that the mega boss-battles were insane.
I would be happy if they announce Super Mario Galaxy 2 for the direct.
