SANDISK ULTRA 256GB usb thumb flash drive disassembly for data recpvery

#Sandisk ultra 256GB disassembly (deshelling) for data recovery purpose. Part #SDCZ48-256 (#SDCZ48256) FCC reg model: KCC-REM-TAD-SDCZ48 The flash drive was NOT detected by pc host or Apple computer. Needed data recovery. According to an owner it just stopped being recognized for no apparent reason. Upon evaluation it turned out to be monolithic design which is quite problematic to work with. Try to stay away monoliths as recovery will be very expensive or not possible at all.
