Native soup Recipe ( ingredients you’ll need )
Snail 18 pieces
Clams 20 pieces
2 pound of crafish
1 cup of periwinkle
Scotch bonnet pepper ( to taste)
1 red snapper fish
4 Maggi cubes
Salt to taste
3 tablespoons of coco yam powder ( as a thickener)
1 Tablespoon uziza seed
Hand full uziza leaf
Palm oil ( half cup)

This looks delicious! I think this soup could also be cooked with fresh palm fruits. Mama when prepping your clams next time, place them in a basin and cover them with water for 1 or 2 minutes, that way they will open up their shells, thinking their in their natural habitat and you can easily slide in a knife and open them up without stress.

You can boil your clams slightly in little hot water and they'll open on their own. You don't need to stress yourself and risk cutting yourself prying them open.

Wow the prawns are really large. Coincidentally I made this soup last weekend but I didn’t use snail because I couldn’t find it where I live. I just wanted to see your magic touch to the soup. Rivers native soup is so healthy and delicious loaded with lots of seafood, thanks to your adorable princess 🥰 for opening the seasoning cubes, the soup turned out so yummy it's been long i ate perewinkles.love your out fit...After washing it in the washing machine just package it and sent it for me 😍
