    I'm so happy you made a video of how to make goat pepper soup I found goat meat 2 cities away today and I remember how great the Jollof rice recipe I got from your channel turned out (I had no leftovers 😄(but that made me sad because I wanted more 😢 party size next time 😂))

    Lots of westerners and Europeans have chemically treated their foods and lost the natural taste of these foods. Their children sadly don't know the differences, and rejects the natural taste. What these people need to understand is that they are the ones with the problems. If they don't used chemicals, they use antibiotics to such an extent that the foods lost their natural taste. However for those which are few, who understand this should call them out on this. This is a delicious Nigerian pepper soup, nicely served. Taste is also acquired from our ancestors, the way they preserved and stored foods and subsequently ate such because that was the only way.

    Hello. I stumbled across your channel today and have watched a few videos now even though I am just watching not cooking at the moment. I am a Nigerian-raised single guy living in Texas, not a very good cook and get discouraged by the outcome when I cook. I love & need Nigerian food and I have decided to use your channel to improve my cooking... but I begin to wonder where to even find some of the ingredients in your recipes, and this recipe is an example. But even some of the peppers in something as common as Jollof rice still have me wondering. I will do research but any help is appreciated even if it is only on future videos. Also please it would be helpful if you always state what heat level you at cooking everything on. Thank you. God bless

    Joyful cook, quick question. What part of the uda did you use in this recipe? It just wasn’t clear to me. The seeds you extracted from inside it or the casing? I don’t regularly use uda, so I’m trying to understand which part of it is useable. The casing, seeds or both. Thank you.

      Yes the seed is usually inside it. I used the casing. Tear it open with the blunt side of a knife and you'll find the seeds inside

      For this recipe yes. It's edible but I didnt want the Uda to be overpowering hence I took it out. I hope this helps.
