1. Bird on back, head pointed away.
2. Your feet on each wing root.
3. Pull both legs
4. Head, spine, guts, hide will pull away from breast.
5. Remove one wing.
6. Keep legs, if not shot up.
7. Liver and heart are good too.
Fast and easy.

To each their own, but I'd consider watching some others techniques, this is a harder way for sure. I'm old and lazy and like easier ways.
