I made this last night and it was delicious. I have followed many of your recipes and they all turn out very well. My wife's favorite is your ginger chicken. Thank you for sharing good quality recipes that I can trust.
Yay so glad to hear 😀 👍
Thank you for sharing Vietnamese style caramelized pork belly! It looks so delicious! It looks so similar to the Adobo Filipino recipe. I also love how you filmed your video! Looks very nice. 😁👌
Thank you, Ann!
Salivating! 🤤 I also prefer to parboil the meat first before cooking, just like how I cook pho
I grew up eating this. My comfort food
Videos are very well done. Thanks!
Yummy

Hi Rin!
Where do you buy a pot thank you
Bạn có thể dùng thịt bò thay cho thịt lợn không?
Good morning I heard of a dish that is called Xoa Loi this is a noodle based food that has Garlic, Ginseng, Ginkgo leaves, Green Tea, Ginger How do you prepare a dish like this?
I have no idea! It doesn't sound like a Vietnamese dish but it sounds interesting 😁
Do you poke the eggs too?
Nope. I don't think like that's necessary.
@@v2pham thank you.
@@v2pham can I add oyster sauce because it’s also food coloring?
@@tammivu3356 I think it would change the flavor too much in my opinion. Making the "burnt caramel" sauce adds a specific color and flavor. Just sugar and water, cook until dark dark.
