    Good morning I heard of a dish that is called Xoa Loi this is a noodle based food that has Garlic, Ginseng, Ginkgo leaves, Green Tea, Ginger How do you prepare a dish like this?

      @@tammivu3356 I think it would change the flavor too much in my opinion. Making the "burnt caramel" sauce adds a specific color and flavor. Just sugar and water, cook until dark dark.
